Owners
Rob and Lynn Robinson are a professional husband and wife team of home inspectors. Rob and Lynn completed their Home Inspection Certification through the American Home Inspector’s Training Institute.
They have more than 70 years of management and customer service experience between them. They have additional experience in Property Management, Building Maintenance and General Contracting with more than 15 years in Construction and Landscaping.
They are Members of AHIT, PMII, SLRA, IAEI and WARR.
We have been awarded Thumbtack Top Pro 2015 , 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Some of Rob’s greatest assets is his ability to interact with the client and convey the inspection report findings in a clear, concise and understandable method.
Lynn’s passion for the Home Inspection business is exemplified by the way she communicates with her clients and she has multi-state certification. Rob and Lynn’s certifications include being: a Residential Mold Certified Inspector, Certified Mold Re-mediator, Radon Certified Inspector, Licensed Termite Inspector, AHIT Certificate and being ASHI Certified

Home Inspectors
Larry is a retired Industrial Skills Instructor from Spirit AeroSystems who specialized in electrical and fiber optic training for aviation. He is also a veteran who served 22 years in the Air Force and Army Reserves.
He completed his Home Inspection Certification through the American Home Inspector’s Training Institute and his Radon Measurement training through K-State.
Larry also has a background in home repair and maintenance combined with his passion for teaching creates a unique combination of a thorough home inspections while educating the client about the home they are buying or selling in a clear, concise and understandable format.
